For purposes of this website, “Ironshore,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ironshore Wealth, Cayman Islands. Ironshore is the controller of personal information collected through this website and related direct communications.

This policy applies to website visitors and persons who contact us through the website or by email. Investor, prospective-investor, subscription, KYC/AML, administrator, broker, service-provider or other fund-related information may also be subject to separate notices, agreements, offering documents or legal requirements.

We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

We do not ask website visitors to provide sensitive personal information through this landing page.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use personal information for targeted advertising on this website.

Ironshore is based in the Cayman Islands. Personal information may therefore be processed in the Cayman Islands and in other countries where our service providers operate, including countries whose privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to a restricted international transfer, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, together with supplementary measures where appropriate.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, security or recordkeeping requirements. Routine website logs are generally retained for a limited period determined by operational and security needs. Ironshore does not currently sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use personal information from this website for targeted advertising. We therefore do not currently provide a separate “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. Where applicable law requires recognition of browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control, we will honor such signals for processing to which the signal legally applies.

We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification requirements.
